I love dealing with the staff at the Cambria, California branch. They are very helpful and go out of their way to assist with any issues. I also called their main customer service line and was helped out by a very helpful young lady. They have my vote for best bank in the state.

If you want to break a large bill (or even a small one), you're out of luck unless you open an account. I've never seen such a thing from a US based bank. This local bank has few branches and it makes non sense to open an account to get some smaller bills so that I can shop here in town.
