  Over 10 years ago I moved my account from Wells Fargo to PPBI on El Paseo. I wanted a more personal relationship with my bank ~ I felt insignificant at Wells Fargo. PP has not disappointed. Elvira has helped me on numerous occasions throughout the years and it has been nice to have a familiar voice to speak to whenever I have a need. Two years ago I moved to Northern California and I choose to keep banking with Pacific Premier remotely. I am purchasing a home and because I don't live near a branch it was proving difficult to wire a large amount of money in a short period of time. Enter Monica Hernandez, Branch Service Manager. She immediately jumped to action, calmed my nerves, and solved my dilemma. I will be forever grateful to her for her guidance and support. I was thinking I might need to bank more locally but after the service provided by Monica and her team I am confident I can remain a customer for life. Thank you!!!

  Love this bank! Monica the branch manager and her team are professional and friendly. I brought my personal accounts from Chase and I don’t regret it! I truly recommend this bank!!! Thank you!!!

  Not responsive to their clients. Feels like big banking. If you don't have a ton of money with them you are simply not a priority. No worries, plenty of banks out there. 11/10/21 - Got a call from Barbara Ingram who is all over the internet giving generic responses to bad reviews. This bank has wasted enough of my time why am I going to call you Barbara? So you can act like it will make a difference? For the time being, no differently than Chase, we will keep our money at your bank. We don't prefer it and hoped your bank was going to act differently than a large institution. It won't, it is a "large bank mentality" which is a shame.
