  I had been banking at the Broadway location since 2004 when it was Bank of Tucson. Then the Oracle location opened up. The name of the bank may have changed, but everyone that I work with has the same welcoming spirit. I was referred to them by my colleague who said "you need a bank that works with and works hard for small businesses." No regrets. My father has been doing most of my banking for the last 15 yrs and actually sounds disappointed when I do not have reason to send him to the Oracle location. I have always had a prompt response with trouble- shooting an account issue. It does not matter who answers the phone...whether it's my business or personal account...request granted or issue always solved!!! Not enough I can say about the Oracle location. I just love all of them. Now, I must mention the Broadway location. I miss that crew...just as great, however, Oracle is closer to my business. Now....you might say that by closing at 4pm is an inconvenience. Well, you would make a way to go to any other appointment, so you can do the same for Pacific Premier Bank on Oracle. For those that have had a different experience always remember a smile is contagious. Dr. Sharon Lister

  The staff at this bank make the bank. I love love love them! They are like a second family to me. Seeing them almost every Friday makes my day and I leave feeling good (the fresh popcorn helps too Albert!!!) They are genuine, caring and always ready to help in anyway they can. They certainly go beyond the "extra mile". Anybody we know that is looking for a bank gets referred to this bank, "our bank". However, I will keep the popcorn a secret so they don't run out!!!
