I used the ATM at this bank only because I have a prepaid debit card and it doesnt charge me a fee to withdraw money but when the transaction was complete and the screen said please take your money, there was no money to take because the machine did not dispense any . The money was deducted from my acct though. I went into the bank to speak with them about the situation the following Monday because this happened after the bank was closed for the weekend, and I was told that because my card was not a Premier Bank card, that I would have to contact the card issuer to get my money back. I am pretty sure that the bank was over $500.00 in that ATM machine so they should have been able to look at my receipt transaction number and give me my money but instead, I have to waite up to 45 business days to get the money back from my card issuer because they have to investigate the transaction. I am very upset about this because this situation has caused me to be behind on some of my Bill's. Although I'm unhappy about the situation, I do have to say that the woman I spoke with at the bank was very friendly.

Shows drive thru as open until 5pm. It was closed at 4:30pm when I went to do my banking. Very disappointing. Maybe update online hours to reflect what they are.
