  Where do I start? the bank is closed on the weekends! For those who work a regular 8-5 good luck ever getting to this bank when they are open. When you do get there the wait time is crazy because they also are understaffed. lack of ATM's at this bank (only 1) and their atm has constant problems where it won't accept your card and the machine will be down at least once a month.(this is a huge problem since they only have 3 banks in the entire central coast) if the ATM doesn't work now you have to drive to different city. Cashier's checks are not free for the average person. They charge for a checking account if $500 is not in the account at all times, and their staff is rude. Also new policy of theirs where you must deposit your check in order to cash it. Also when my family owned a business and banked with pacific premier bank they constantly harassed us when making large CASH deposits as if we were doing illegal transactions. This last one bugs me but probably the least of my worries: They like to "HONOR" / "VIEW" every holiday you could think of. It almost seems like they are trying To find reasons not to be open most of the year. I really wish I could support all local businesses but some local businesses don't deserve my support. I suggest you go to Chase Bank or some sort of bank that is much larger That can accommodate such simple/ basic needs. If you bank with this company you will experience problems.
