The worst experience I’ve had with a bank period. I made the mistake of refinancing with Pacific Premier Bank and they have made the experience as inconvenient as you can imagine. From lies to promises that were never kept , the bank and their dishonest employees including Arlet Hur and Rouben Drake are the reason to stay away from this bank. Do yourself a favor and bank with another institution.

Sheila and her entire staff are simply amazing. They are attentive to each customer's needs and they strive to make sure every customer is taken care of timely and leaves the branch with a smile on their faces. Given the hustle and bustle of daily life, running to the bank becomes a chore but not when you visit this branch! Five stars!
