Courteous staff. (Android) PPBC Mobile app doesn't work on my S-21 phone. I've spent hours (2 or 3) with phone tech support and in-person efforts. Result: no working app, no Zelle The app doesn't even remember my username, and doesn't send a text xxxxxx to my phone. Without that simple, low security SMS 2nd factor authentication, the biometric and strong password don't work. At least the B of A (ugh) mobile app works. Bye, bye Pacific Premier Bank. Too bad.
