  I work with both Kenny and Krystle for my financing needs. I am both an investor as well as commercial broker, I utilize their loan programs for my purchases and refinances as well as recommend them to all my clients, whether it be for 2-4 unit residential purchases (Kenny) or 5+ apartment purchases/refinances (Krystle). I enjoy working with them because they are professional, communicative, and have an in depth knowledge about the market and investing strategies, as they are also investors themselves. I know that going through them I will be getting the best rates and service possible, so it really doesn't make sense for me to go anywhere else or recommend anyone else to my clients. I'll continue to work with them and would recommend you do too!

  I had business dealings with Krystal and Kenny and they are horrendous people...not to be trusted...I had to take them to the real estate board because they lied in a huge real estate transaction...they are underhanded and I would not trust them with $1

  Hello Monica, your review is completely irrelevant. We have never worked with you. You purchased a building we sold in 2016. Your claims to the real estate board were dismissed. You were paid a small sum in small claims for a plumbing issue and a few repairs in a unit. It is unfortunate that you still harbor this much resentment 5 years later. I am sure the property has appreciated significantly in the time you have owned it. Practicing a little bit of positivity and gratitude would improve your life greatly. I have certainly moved on even after you threatened my life and cursed me out in the parking lot of the real estate board while 8 months pregnant. Something I noted to the real estate board so they could be aware should another person fall victim to your vindictive ways. I wish you all the best and hope you find happiness in your life.

  Our financing deal was not easy, probably due to COVID and the over-anxious underwriters! But this group was responsive, I rarely left messages; when I did, I'd get a return call immediately. They worked some magic with lenders to smooth out some rocky roads to financing. Well done!
