      Bank charged me an $11 service fee. Online customer service never responded to my emails asking what the fee was for. Had to go to the bank in person, and they could not prove why I should have been charged. Finally they agreed to refund me since multiple people couldn’t figure it out. Had me sign for the refund, then told me it would be in my account and that I could see the refund online. Afterward I told them I wanted to close the bank account. Teller refused to close the account and said I had to come back the next day...no explanation as to why. Then the manager, Eric, called me after I left and told me he would not refund me the service fee if I closed the account. Seriously? Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. Beware of this bank. Definitely closing the bank account after hat stupidity...
