  I have used a few shops here in town but I do my best to do trading with Pak. They contact me before date to pay on what I have pawned to inform me of due date. They stay open late and it's nice to do trading with hometown folks. I have all good to say about this place.

  Very poor customer service my brother purchased a ring from them and asked them to wait so I could pick it up at closing time I was there as they were about to walk out and they told me I could not pick up the engagement ring because they were about to close I had money in hand and they refused me service Even though they told my brother just minutes before that they would wait I was there 2 mins before their closing time and they refused me service This is probably the worst place in hot springs to do business with I’m very unsatisfied! Southern pawn on Albert pike is a much better place to do business with David at southern pawn will go out of his way to make sure that the customer is happy Just got a reply from the owner and instead of attempting to make it right he continued to justify his actions I wish his reply would have been public so everyone could see that he is more concerned about defending his actions than pleasing a customer This speaks volumes about his customer service, not only to me but to every potential customer in the future so please be warned that he is far more concerned about himself than his customers sort through the other negative reviews and you will see the tire character of this guy!

The employees involved were reprimanded, and if something like this ever happens, we do want it brought to our attention so we can fix it. The person who replied to your review was not the owner, manager, or assistant manager, and they have been informed not to reply to reviews as the business. It was completely inappropriate. My assistant manager, Stephanie, has since been in touch with Justin and he is still doing business with us. I hope that we can make it right with you. If there is anything we care about, it's our customers. We care that you were put through that. Without our customers, we are nothing.

  Thank you so much for your review! We work hard to make our customers happy. The best negotiations are the ones where both parties walk away satisfied and no one loses. :) My dad has run this store since 1974, and that has always been his motto.
