      The staff are all pleasant and they answer the phone quickly and get done what you need in a timely manner. Also note they are one of the last FFLs in Seattle proper.

      For an FFL dealer to not know that they can legally release a handgun after the 10 business days clock has run out is ridiculous. Friday at 17:00 they should have called and told me to come pick the firearm up as the time limit expired. Plenty of other FFL dealers would have and do exactly that for handguns.
