This place is an absolute joke. So I’ll take time out of my day to make sure you take the drive elsewhere. There’s no confusion as to why they have 2.5 stars at the time I’m writing this. They don’t care about serving the community they’re in. They’re the worst on every level & if I could give 0 I would do that instead. They could have had a new long time customer from me, could have had a complete opposite experience from me, a complete opposite review from me would have been posted right now but instead I’m going to tell you, coming from a person who writes dozens of positive reviews & rarely takes the time to write a negative one: TAKE THE RIDE ELSEWHERE. This place needs to be shut down so a more deserving company can move in who actually provides a pleasant experience to the community they serve. No wonder theres no line on Friday evening 😬

They tried charging me 170 dollars for a copy for my registration that doesn’t expire for 6 months. Very rude ! I went to the dmv in Schaumburg to ask for the same thing a copy was 3.00 dollars. Save your money
