  Matt Palmer was fantastic to work with throughout our home buying process. He was quick to respond to questions, explained in terms we could understand, and was flexible with coming up with alternatives that suited our finances as well as our personal preferences. He also was able to managed some unusual tax situations we brought to the table without missing a beat. Closing was a breeze and both realtors (ours and the sellers) were pleased with how quick and easy communication was and we were able to adapt to changes requested by the sellers and still close on our new home.
