  Great customer service. I have used the inside service very little for most of the pandemic. When I qualified for a senior account, they explained the additional benefits. I have a safety deposit box now for no fee. I have all of my accounts here except my mortgage and 401k. Palmetto Citizens is a great financial institution and Washington St is the best!

  I was very excited to join this credit union but we have had nothing but issues. Being such a small CU, they're not up to date on anything. I can't even connect my account to Venmo. On top of that, they've been incredibly condescending to us every time we've called. This credit union definitely has more of a bank feel with way less accessibility. I would never recommend them tk anyone.

Our goal is to always provide our members with friendly, quality service in a timely manner and apologize if we have not met those expectations for you. Members should not have any issues connecting their account to Venmo, and can do so using their card number, or their account number. If you need assistance locating your account and routing number, you can find them by logging into online/mobile banking. If you need any additional assistance, or would like to have a representative contact you to discuss any concerns or issues, in addition to calling or visiting an office, you can also send your request using the Help Desk in online/mobile banking. We apologize again and have also passed along your comments to our management team to help us in providing better service in the future.
