      Liked it better under previous management, Palmetto Trust. It is now called Self-Help. Don’t feel the changes are advantageous to members. Staff that was helpful, and wanted your business, is now inaccessible and has taken on a bank mentality. My Family and I changed to another credit union. Staff who answer phone is unprofessional. Very disappointed.
