      The phone customer service has been exceptional to us. We live out of town and sometimes have to conduct our business over the phone. They have always gone above and beyond to answer our questions and provide serviec.

      We are a new residence for Paradise and tried to open an account in the Credit union。 An Asian bank worker let us stayed outside the bank by the reason there are only six people allowed in the bank; I found their workers are over six and only 2 or 3 customers in the room; at the same time, there was a lady who walked into the bank and no one stopped her. So I felt I had been maltreated. And stopped the application in this credit union and went to another credit union instead.
