      Mike Reid and his team at Paragon Home Loans were amazing. He was always available to answer any questions we had. I've heard many horror stories about the loan process but Mike and his team made it feel almost effortless and we were even able to close a month early

      Mike Reid and his team are extremely incompetent. Losing documents, no closing checklist, files kept in old liquor boxes. It has taken over four months to close on a home. Consistently given excuses and asked for inappropriate documentation throughout this process. I have no idea how they are in business still.
