  I could not be happier with my experience with Paragon Home Loans. Our move was out of state and involving a job transfer, so there were some tricky little hoops for any lender to jump through. Jackie Newton and her team took incredible care and patience with my loan, made the process as painless as possible (a huge feat considering the home purchase process), and were warm, informative, and supportive throughout the process. Jackie and Madeline worked with me personally and patiently walked me through the forms. Not to mention we got a great rate that competed with offers from bigger lenders. All in all, I would recommend Paragon Home Loans to anyone looking for a home loan, especially if you’re a first time buyer. You can expect a relatively painless process, a great interest rate, personal service, and thoughtful personnel every time.

  Working with Jackie, Cassy, and Beth Oliver was a joy. They made the refinance process a breeze. When we hit a snag with a document that was needed to close, no one panicked (except me ), Jackie and Beth guided me on the necessary process and the issue was resolved and the closing went off without any other issues. I would highly recommend paragon to anyone looking to purchase or refinance. I give Jackie and the team at Paragon two thumbs up.
