During the call she exude nothing short of professionalism, kindness and exemplary cust service. Went extra mile to explain things to me and went on to give me options on what I can do to resolve my concerns on things she could not resolve(rightfully so) do to policies.       I don't understand why I'm paying Nelnet and paramount capital group for the same loan. Paramount capital group interest rate is 9.99% WOW way higher than Nelnet. I was advised to report this company.
