  UPDATE: We finally closed on our home, though it was 15 days later than it was supposed to be. Jay was finally able to help get our loan processed and we are just thankful to be in our new home. Leaving a 3 star review because the branch manager of this location was extremely rude to me on the phone. My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our first home and have been working with Jay Sills from the Bowling Green branch of Paramount Residential Mortgage. When my husband first began contact with Jay he was very responsive and helpful. As the process has continued and we have gotten closer to closing the communication has become pretty much non existent. We have all known for 45 days that our closing date was set for June 30th and we feel that was plenty of time to get things completed. We have done everything needed on our side and were never given any updates or made aware of anything being wrong or delayed. We have called Jay himself and the branch manager with zero response from either of them and the very few texts we have gotten have been so vague. We have been given the run around for over a week now and are missing our set closing date because we STILL HAVE NO COMMUNICATION WITH ANYONE. This company does NOT care that this is affecting multiple families and their lives by not having a home to stay in because of closing being delayed and honestly we don’t even know if we will be able to close at all at this point. We were very pleased with Jay and this company at first but now I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Completely disappointed in how poorly this company is run.

  Having the worst experience with this company supposed to be closing tomorrow but Jay Sills from Paramount has made this experience a nightmare not doing his job to close this house. We are also in the process to buy a home and nothing can be done until Mr.Sill does his part. So stressed out right now will not recommend this company until changes have been made.

  We are in the process of selling our home. Our buyers are using this company as a lender. We were 3 days away from closing (which everyone had known about for 45 days). We were waiting on them to give us the time of when we were going to close. They ignored our buyers, our realtor, and our lenders calls over several days. Three days before closing and they only sent vague messages saying they would get everything taken care of to only ignore them even more. Our realtor reached out to the branch manager and still nothing. We have no answers on when we would be closing now. If this is to be extended even longer it could leave us homeless. We would loose out on buying our new house we have so anxiously waited on for 45 days. They have known for 45 days when the deadline had to be in to online ignore us and blatantly not do their job. Our lender and realtor has been phenomenal in this and have made sure to get their stuff together. Yet, this company could care less about people’s livelihoods. We have all of stuff packed ready to go thinking we were moving out Wednesday to only still be sitting in a boxes up house because someone ( Jay Sills and Richie) can not complete their jobs in time of their own deadline. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
