  Great company with an amazing staff! I highly recommend April Usher for your home lending needs! She’s very knowledgeable of the process and takes her time to explain the process step by step! She was very prompt with her responses and consistently reassured me that I would complete this process! If you’re looking for someone/company that you can trust to make your home buying dreams come true call them!

  This was the worst experience I've ever encountered. I started off with Shay who was so rude and dismissive that I requested to be transferred. I should have spoken to a manager at that time but I was being too considerate even though I was made to feel uncomfortable. She transferred my file to Sonya who was okay at best initially, but was slow to respond, didn't explain the process, and eventually just completely unprofessional and offensive when I asked for a faster follow-up time and certain things. It's reasonable, I have my own personal goals as well as a ticking approval clock.. Sonya took it personal that I asked for better reply time and response . from there she had an attitude with any request I had in that respect and got worse at her job. Shes an older lady but it was like working with a child to reason with her. The process was like pulling teeth. She would only commjnicate with my realtor about my file and not tell me, my realtor would provide the updates and questions even though I asked several times for me to be included on confidential sensitive information on finances credit and other items needed. It's my credit income and everything else My realtor became a mediator anyway. Appraisal day - I ended up showing for the appraisal un-beknownst to me that I should not have, but luckily enough because the appraiser had been there for over 30 minutes on a hot summer day and was about to leave. Apparently Sonya did not provide him with the ID that he needed to complete the appraisal.Were it not for my calling her and allowing them to speak on my phone it would not have been done. I ended up asking to speak to a manager because the process was a nightmare and an extreme stress this is my first time searching for a home. When Sonia approached me about speaking to her manager that conversation alone should have cost her her job. Tiffany the manager was great but couldnt didn't change the the momentum. Closing Day- The last day of my approval before it expired. The closing location was changed 3 times as well as the hour. My realtor was late,the closing attorney was late and it's after 7. As I'm signing the stack Im looking because I don't trust anyone at this point. And notice a doc, I have a question but my realtor doesn't know and makes an assumption that it's fine. It s turns out MY MORTGAGE TERMS WERE ENTERED INCORRECTLY AND NOT ACCORDING TO THE TERMS WE DISCUSSED OVER EVERY EMAIL CONTINGENT UPONMAKING THE OFFER ON THE HOUSE. I should have been given an amount towards repairs at closing and instead the mortgage and loan terms were drawn up to have me pay over $5,000 at closing. I'm finding this out as I see it in the attorney is describing it at the closing table. I'm not sure if it was an example of how incompetent Sonia and most of the company had always been or if it was a form of retaliation from Sonya who was directly responsible for receiving the information that should have been input in the loan. Tiffany an account manager tried to do damage control and realized where the ball had been dropped several times but it's 8:00 p.m. in the office are closed.Had I not been reading the paperwork myself, my realtor nor anyone else caught it. The closing process took all of 3 months and even though I have several emails and discussions about the closing terms the loan and mortgage information was still drawn up incorrectly. The branch manager Keith- A slimy dishonest individualFrom the very first minute of our conversation he was also uninformed and argumentative and proceeded to blame me . The error came directly from the loan and mortgage company document which someone else from his office was responsible for. When he was not able to blame me for his company ever he then proceeded to offer me my earnest money back but only if I continue to work with the same realtor I had currently been working with. And that's when all of my suspicions really came to a head I hope that this company is investigated and don't mind supplying any information they might need to do so.
