      David Angeles ran our credit over a month ago now. He said he would look in to things and get back to us that Friday. So we took a ding on our credit to get nothing. Better communication and better follow up is needed. I work in mortgage and the lenders I work with would be mortified if this happened.

      Ruben was an amazing person to have in our corner. We sold and bought a house simultaneously which was an extremely stressful endeavor.
