Anything you read negative about this company it is true. I wasted 3 months dealing with them. The original loan officer found a new job mid closing or was fired depending onwho you ask. He forwarded another couples ssn to me and when I let him know....He inadvertently forwarded an email trashing me. A new loan officer took over trashing the other guy....2 months later after the processor continuously messed up paperwork...then had an unexpected family matter in the family.....one excuse after another....finally I just decided to stop the process. I chose to work with them after reading all the negative remarks and I can honestly say......They are all true.
