      Lost my debit card so I canceled and reordered. Waited 3 weeks and never received it. Finally called and was told they didn't know what happened to the first. Ordered another one and changed address. Lady said I was good to go. Waited 3 more weeks. Called back and the 2nd was never even sent.. I understand people are training but that really messes up someone's day to day life
