Member since 2010 and have nothing but amazing things to say about this credit union and ALL of their staff. Everyday banking to loans they are friendly, personable, professional, prompt and fair. I don’t feel like I’m just another number. I even live out of state and that makes no difference to them and their accommodations! Financially, having a credit union is advantageous and they blow my other banking experiences out of the water!

I have been a member for some time and today was the worst service I had. I worked on a mobile deposit from 8:36 am to 12:23 pm due to someone not reading. (Using the messaging system) Technology is great, but sometimes you just have to pickup a phone. 4 hours later it got resolved and me calling them. It took 5 minutes to process over the phone. Just ridiculous!!!! Your manager (Yvette) going to tell me we not going to do or however her verbiage was. Sorry, but unnecessary time was wasted. From Parda: I've just reviewed the previous deposits. The checks were made payable to Parda. In this instance, it is acceptable to not have your signature. If you were depositing a check payable to yourself, the signature and complete endorsement is required. Me: My check was made to Parda so no endorsement needed, clearly. Selena is great!!!
