      I’ve visited this location a few times and I always have a pleasant experience. The ladies working are so helpful and prompt. I usually go in the evening, after work, so there isn’t a line. If someone is ahead of me, the wait isn’t long. I love the service here.

      lady charged me for my registration sticker but forgot to include the sticker, very unsatisfied since I had to drive multiple times to the currency exchange and gas prices are very expensive.

      I am a mail carrier and I deliver mail to this currency exchange in park forest and one day I was doing my route and out of no where it starts to rain really hard I was a little upset because rain was not in the forecast and I had absolutely no rain gear so I was just saying out loud how I wish I had an umbrella and the man behind the counter who I believe is the owner (ED) stated that he had an umbrella in the office so ED and a red head cashier (Michelle) went scrambling all around looking for an umbrella for me and they found one and that customer service that I witnessed made me appreciate them even more. Thank you for that, your kindness will not go unnoticed. Thank you
