      Wonderful bank . I had a wonderful experience buying my house with Brenda Shamblin. She went above and beyond to help me as. First time homeowner. She truly cared that I bought my dream home. She took a lot of my worry away because she was always willing to answer my one million questions and emails. Very attentive and detail oriented. Since I’ve purchased my house I’ve also bought a car with loan also from here. Lowest apr I could find. It’s Easy to go in every first and pay both my loan payments at the main office. I like that I can pay cash or check instead of having to stop every month for a money order, for me it’s convenient to be able to run into the bank and pay since I’m already downtown. They’re always helpful as well if I need a few days to make the payment. It’s been a year and I’ve only had one problem where the clerk lost my check but since then I just make sure I get receipts and they did find it after it was misplaced so I would recommend keeping your receipts. GreAt people at this bank and I recommend it I will probably switch my bank to here also.

      Arrogant, oafish service from people who 100% wouldn't have the audacity to talk a client like that to their face. Chat agents are among the worst of any industry I've encountered. Lack ANY baseline hospitality practices while the people responsible stay hidden from the view of customers. And most noticeable: they don't hire NEARLY enough people of color + people in charge are ALL white. Closing my accounts ASAP.

      Tasha Bentley was EXTREMELY rude and selfish towards me and my mother! Was going to switch to this bank but nevermind on that. Everytime I've came to this bank the associats always have an attitude. I'm not ever going to work with a bank that is horrible with their customers.
