How can a bank text you a message to reply 1 and a certain loan officer will call you, you reply 1 no call. When you call them they say that person is out of the office. So who texted? Then put on hold for 40 min before anyone came back to the phone. Also where are these people? And why can't I speak to someone who works at this bank? Ridiculous hoops to go through! Been an hour after my appt and told sorry there is no one available. Poor customer service!

Paid off loan and over paid because they took out payment after it was paid off instead of wiring money back they said they have to mail it been 3 weeks now never want to do business with them again
