Their drive thru is ridiculously slow. No reason people need to wait over 5 to 10 min in line.

I rarely visit any of their bank branches because I use online services. This service has worked great for me since the first time I broke my foot and could not get out to pay bills. Until this latest merger, it has been great. Frankly, now this service continues to be a nightmare and I am beyond frustrated. I will update my review to be more positive should they get it straightened out, but now this on line bill pay is an awful experience and I do not recommend it.
