      Got to say thank you mostly to Mr. KINNEY on making the loan process somewhat pain free if it wasn't for computer issues it would of been. He took me straight in from the dealership and pre-approved me. I went in next day and they were having computer issues, referred me to a place to go grab lunch and when the paperwork finally got done called and left message I was good to go. Since it was a Fri and he had to leave early for a meeting he had me see Tiffany that finished the job and got me in and out quickly. Only thing is I wasn't asked about the extra fees and they were added into the loan which I didn't want to have to finance them and wanted to pay them out right. Would of had to of done paperwork all over and it took a while to get done in first place

      Done with park. First knox was better. Better customer service by far. 4 generations of my family banked here at one time now none of will be. I stayed with first knox for their customer care. Leaving park national bank. The manager cant even take a phone call but can dictate from behind his tellers. Great customer care experience.

      Love this bank! Everyone is always so kind and helpful and they have been there for me when no other bank would. I left Wayne Savings yesterday and opened a checking account with this bank! I highly recommend Park National Bank!
