      The day they changed ownership they stopped answering their phones. Can't get a simple question answered now without going through automated telephone system and being placed on hold; being transferred; being put on hold again - and then yet again - and NEVER GET HELP. They want me to make an appointment to name a beneficiary. What happened to the form? No form for that; only option is MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO COME IN. WISH ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION. GET A HUMAN TO ANSWER THE PHONE.

      When called to verify funds for a check written from an account at their institution, the person who answered the telephone said, "We do not perform that function." I wouldn't call her response rude, exactly, but I certainly wouldn't call it friendly either...and it was certainly most unhelpful.
