I wouldn't come here if I didn't have to. Our corporate account is here. Can't get change for my drawer in the tube and the window on the building gets service last if at all on Monday. Not cool. Edit. It seems there is an issue with being understaffed right now. Given our current circumstances that Can't always be avoided.

I've been going there for about 3 years or so. I learned shortly after that the drive through was going to be a problem. EVERY TIME I'VE EVER went through their drive though, it's at the very least a 10 minute wait, and that's AFTER you're already at the speaker. The inside is almost as slow. I've had to do all my transactions via the ATM and lately those have been down and out. What a mess. I'm very close to going ahead and switching my checking over to IH where I already have a savings account. Park National needs to understand that people are there to conduct business. We're not going there to chit chat and goof off all day. I'm very disappointed in Park National and I know others who've been having the same problems.
