      Today I sold a car and needed a notary. The buyer and I showed up minutes after close. I called the number on the door and Theresa answered and I told her the situation and that we desperately needed a notary. She let us in and notarized our signatures and I know she didn’t have to do that.

      Let me just say I love supporting local businesses as I have one myself! I have had 8 loans through this bank 3 Jeeps 4 trucks and a boat!!! Totalling in $145200 in loans not counting interest!!! I have paid every loan plus interest off in full!!! The last loan I have was 35 days late they are charging me just under $1200 in late fees I asked if they would take off late fees they said NOPE ABSOLUTELY NOT NO MATTER WHAT EVEN IF WE LOSE YOUR BUSINESS!!! Then the extremely rude loan officer at the South Zanesville branch called back and said I owe $750 additional in late fees!!!! I will never use this bank again and recommend none of you do as well!!! I am contacting legal counsel...
