  John is very knowledgeable at what he does, also thorough and over all extremely kind. He went above and beyond for us as first time buyers. We purchased our home about 2 years ago and he was very helpful through out the entire process. Would definitely recommend him and use his services again!

  We had the opportunity to work with John when buying our first house recently and we couldn't be happier! This is our first time going through the home buying process and we were frustrated while looking for a good lender. A family member of ours who works in the business found John and recommended him to us after learning about how he conducts business and phone interviewing him. We were moving from out of state and John was there with us every step of the way to answer questions, guide us through the paperwork, and even to let me use his office to print and sign documents after I got into town and my computer broke on me. I know our process was more time consuming and labor intensive than most and John always got back to me same day to answer questions without fail. On top of this, my real estate agent also voiced to me that he was very impressed with John's timeliness, professionalism, and overall availability since John would often reach out to him to make sure they were on the same page. I highly recommend Park Place Mortgage and will definitely use them again for my next purchase!

  This was our first time going through a refi on our properties......not any easy task when COVID is crashing the world and economy. John took care of us. He kept us in the loop as things progressed and made things simple. I would highly recommend working with him and his team.
