      Have had this bank for a while now and I will say they are the best bank around in the area fees are rare and always friendly staff when you go in or through drive thru I will continue to bank here for many more years

      My Fiancé and I was trying to get a mortgage loan. Caleb Schlabach was our loan officer. First red flag, I was lucky to get one email a week from him when I had questions and I could never get him to answer my phone calls or return my calls either. We were less than 30 days from closing and he tells us that we actually did not get approved for the loan he had originally said we were approved for. He then tells us that we would need about double the amount of money for a down payment than what we were told originally and that was not including closing costs. He is very unprofessional and lacks the knowledge he should have for this type of job.

      Everyone that works there is nice and tries to be helpful but they are extremely limited by lack of knowledge.You can call there phone line for help but your going to be transferred a 100 times before someone can actually help you and then they will most likely tell you to call another company for help.The online credit card system is not user friendly and lacks the statements and info you actually want to see.
