      If I could give this bank zero stars I would. Kathleen and Cynthia who I believe are managers, are the WORST managers I have had the "pleasure" to meet. The one constantly is outside smoking while I'm inside hearing phones ring off the hook. The tellers are all wonderful. Every single one of them. I feel bad that they have to work under such lazy management. There is a male manager who works there as well and he is top notch. If you have to bank at this bank for whatever reasons talk to him, he is the only one who seems to have any type of kindness and customer service in his heart. Lastly I would like to say, if you don't have good management your empire will fall. So maybe you should think about that.
