      It’s been rough as a member here. Their hours are limited for someone with a busy life. Not being able to go in on the weekend is a bummer. Interest rates tend to be high for auto loans due to the credit model they use. Transaction times have been slow. I was very excited to open my account years ago. I never utilized any additional services and I never moved my brokerage accounts or savings here because I never got comfortable with the services. I also have had many issues over the years linking the bank to other accounts electronically or third party sites for quick transactions with all of my accounts. Staff is wonderful however. If you are looking for a simple bank with nice people and don’t plan on maximizing services, then it would be a good place for ya.
