      HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Go elsewhere if you want to be valued as a customer (or even have your messages returned). COO Kathleen Bruno is obnoxiously and gleefully rude to customers, & her boss Rocco Suspenzi just lets her do whatever she wants. They ignore customer requests for help (they're too busy manipulating their customers' online reviews), and their online bill pay system is down all the time without notice to customers.

      If you have something urgent and want to solve the problem over the phone, forget it ... you can leave only messages, maybe someone will call you back next day. So I called Arizona branch and they help me. Lack of competent people. Cell app sucks, no Apple Pay . coffee drinkers pensioners. (With all respect to seniors) this bank is only for old people who got time. Frustrated with every aspect of this bank … its time to go somewhere else
