  I worked with Jake Tunitis on refinancing my mortgage. After a disastrous 6-month process with another company that ended up not working out, I was both defeated and skeptical of trying again. But I stumbled upon Parkway Financial and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Jake thoroughly explained every part of the refinance and answered all the questions that I brought him.   We recently worked with Jacob Tunitis to refinance our house, and he was fabulous. Jake is extremely professional and was very responsive throughout the process. He would check in with us throughout to make sure we understood what was required and expected. I referred a coworker to him that was going through a difficult time and he was very helpful to her. She said he had the utmost patience with her questions. We can attest to that as well. If we had any question about anything throughout the process he was prompt in his response, even when an immediate response was not necessary. His personal attention to our needs was great comfort to us. We have the utmost confidence recommending Jacob Tunitus due to his exceptional customer service and professionalism.
