      All I wanted was to get information on transferring someone else's loan to me. I did not ask you to look up the account or tell me any information on the account. All I wanted was to get the steps to transfer. I don't need attitude when I tell you we no longer live in the area and will be setting things up with a different bank. I don't need the information on the account, though you insisted on trying to look it up while I was on the phone. I'm not on the account so what is the use. I'm sorry I have not applied for big loans before because I have been blessed with a good life and ability to pay my bills without the banks "help". Don't try to rush me off the phone when I'm still a nice enough human to say thank you for answering my questions have a good day. "Ok, bye" you need some people skills, and I thought I was bad...I still got my answer but with a side of snippy.
