  WOW! What a great experience speaking with Mr. Jeffrey Seda, He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. This young man truly embodies the Disney spirit and made me feel appreciated and part of the Disney family.   Terrible experience with this bank, it’s a joke. I’ve never had a bank make it so difficult to make a payment on a vehicle loan

  Partners NEEDS to open back up on Saturday, the majority of their clients/customers are Disney employees which doesn't equate to me, was just at the parks and THEY ARE FULL (and open Saturdays lol) keep in mind the Parks have a much higher volume of customers yet they are fully operational and in accordance with local and state statutes ... I see the usual response regarding the lack of Saturday availability is something along the lines of "we are doing our best to stay safe and within regulations" yet again the parks are fully operational to a much higher degree, whereas the branch locations themselves are arguably easier to service the masses with no contact available at the drive through windows.... Whether the branches and the parks correlate or not they are both establishments and representations of Disney and thus have the responsibility to provide that excellent service they are typically known for. My perception is that this comes down to a cost versus service issue and rather then the company taking a loss - if any on behalf of the customer to accommodate them we get the implied statement of "it's in conversations on the corporate/excecutive level" You guys are great at what you do but look at how this is affecting your reviews and potential business moving forward... Is the cost of having a handful of employees and maybe a manager or two work the drive-thru Windows part-time on Saturdays for a few hours really greater than the amount of potential business you are losing as well as how much this is affecting your reputation? Just food for thought, I mean seriously it's not like I'm needing to apply for a home loan credit card but at least let us withdraw or deposit from your drive through windows and after all isn't that what the 24-hour helpline is for? If Ohana's can bring back their noodles then you guys can DEFINITELY bring back Saturdays.
