      My wife and I met with Mr. Patel for an initial consultation. He spent a great deal of time with us and gave us great advices regarding present and future tax issues. The fee for his services was very reasonable and we intend to utilize his expertise in the future.

      They charge you extra if you want to actually talk to a human. it is a charge of $100 above the tax prep fee. If I wanted someone to just use software without being able to explain my situation I could use many of the online services. Come on, really?

      Thank you for expressing your concern Jim. To clarify, we do not charge clients to meet with us. We do charge a initial consultation fee for prospective new clients to meet with one of our CPAs. This is strictly for individuals who are not currently clients that would like to meet with one of our CPAs. It entitles the individual to an hour meeting to review their situation and receive advice with no further obligation.
