      I highly recommend this Credit union branch!! My current credit union changed names and have been very unhappy with certain changes and major inconvenience it has caused. The branch was very clean and organized. The two ladies working in the front were also very nice and the one that helped me explained the process of the application. Within a few minutes, Beatriz reached out and went over my options. She was very profession and polite. I’m happy to say I’m now a Patelco member and opened up a checking, 2 savings accounts and a credit card. Beatriz, I appreciate all your hard work. Switching credit unions, was a little scary since I’ve been with my current one for over 11years. I’m very happy this will be my home branch moving forward.
