      The best branch office that Patelco Credit Union has. The people working here are ALWAYS super polite, caring, helpful, and willing to go beyond the regular boundaries of their job to help me complete my mission of the day. With their superior Patelco App there is no need to physically go to the bank unless you need to do something in the bank. My hats off to you Ladies of Patelco at the 1200 Clay Street, Oakland CA. I still use this branch, and I moved to SF a while ago!!

      Yesterday I want in with a ripped 20 bill and I just wanted to exchange it for a new one and I got told that they can’t do it since I don’t have the other corner I got the bill from a Safeway and they person hid it behind a 10 so I didn’t see that it was ripped and also I know that if you have more then fifty percent of the bill You can exchange it because it’s still values as a twenty I wouldn’t recommend coming here since they don’t know what they are talking about
