  This review is overdue from last week but my experience was nothing short of 5 stars all due to the “World Champion” CFO, Mark Davis! I came in needing to get an auto loan approved for a car to purchase through a private party. Unbeknownst to me, this kind of transactions requires an appointment in advance! Yikes! However, Mark was able to accommodate me and help make the entire process seamless with very clear instructions as well as professionalism on another level! Mark, if i didn’t live in Berkeley, just dealing with you alone would've caused me to make my home bank with you instead of the one in Berkeley. You were that good and I was that satisfied! Thanks again and you for sure live up to your awards as “World Champion”! Thanks again!

  Before coming in today with my mother, I was unsure of how the experience would be in getting a credit card, as well as getting assistance for financial updates for my mother's side. However, after having the pleasure to sit and talk with Jennifer Gross, she had immediately put my apprehension to rest. Helping both of us throughout the process and answering all of the questions and concerns we both had with clarity and care, we both walked away with such an amazing experience, and for myself, starting a new step in the right direction! Overall, a wonderful and helpful time!
