      I was showed great kindness here. I went to open an account. My mother died the day before and I was just tired and trying to figure somethings out. The woman that happened me was African American late 30s with short hair. I don't remember her name but wanted to provide a description so hopefully she gets credit for outstanding customers service. I told her that I might have to leave mid way because a crew was coming to pick up my mothers hospice equipment. She was incredibly helpful and kind. I wasn't able to open an account due to my credit. I still had a good experience.

      I am a temporary transplant here in Sacramento from the Bay Area. I've been a member of Patelco for many years. Home loan purchase, auto loans, personal loans, general banking etc. I recently reach out to Robert Bowen, Branch Manger for some much needed documents. Robert was very helpful, he was able to spend the time and give all of the printed, documents needed. Very professional, great attitude and went above and beyond on more than one occasion.       I am definitely shocked as well to hear the negative reviews. I have been with Patelco for many years and never had an issue. I’ve had many different types of accounts with them and they are always helpful. They are also very fast. I secured a whole loan in a matter of hours. I applied, did the process, provided all required documentation, signed, all within 2-3 hours. I look forward to continuing to work with everyone at Patelco.
