      Great staff and service. The parking is the only thing that sucks about this location. Its always challenging. I've been a Patelco member for over 5 years and wish I would of joined sooner. They treat you nicely and appreciate your business unlike the bigger banks. They don't charge ridiculous fees either.

      I went to this branch twice. Once it was closed with no direction where to go. Then just went again a few days ago and the ATM was not working.

      Louis garland help us in daly city location and until now we have not got our registration dmv its been more than 6 weeks already, and when i called they've been pointing each other. I called the loan application she said she did not received the dmv papers we signed from louis garland!!! What a waste of time!!!!! Smh!!!!
