  Purchased our first home less than a month ago and Patricia was our loan officer recommended by a friend. It was our first home and we were very nervous. No kidding she made us feel at ease at every step, and went above and beyond. She has a way of explaining things that you can understand, and didn't mind having to explain twice when my wife wasn't on the phone call. She explained every option for us in detail and told us pro's and con's and let us make the decision. She was there at closing to congratulate us. She was absolutely the best we could have expected.

  If you are looking to buy or refinance your home look no further than this lovely lady right here Patricia McNutt is by far the best loan officer you can ever have! She goes above and beyond to make things happen! She works quickly and so efficiently I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for us through this whole process. Mentally and physically she is so amazing!! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! I will recommend her to everyone I know! She is so amazing!!!   Patricia is absolutely amazing. My family has now used her services on 3 different occasions in the past year. Refinancing of home, finance a home, and follow-up on a recast on a home. Each time; professional, extensive expertise, great communication and constant follow-up during process.
