      Had an appt to get an oil change and tire rotation. Waited for the car and after two hours went back to check the status. Before I even asked about my car, the service adviser, Sal, started complaining to me that he is tired of customers wanting their cars right away. I told him that I think having an update after 2 hours was not unreasonable. Sal did not even apologize. Just said he is agitated. Very uncalled for behavior.
