      I love this bank and this branch. Before lock down I would go into the bank and every one knew my name. Everyone that I’ve come in contact with is personable and professional.

      Its just a bank, nothing to write home about. I can agree that the customer service is a bit lacking. The tellers are a bit rude and seem to be a bit impatient with customers like the previous reviewer said.

      BEWARE: Poor Customer Service & Difficult to deal with. I gave this bank a chance since Patriot is a local branch. However the service has been very impersonal and each phone call to the bank (especially when dealing with the manager) seems as if I was bothering them and they had better things to do. Therefore I withdrew my application and decided to deal with a much friendlier local bank. I would stay away from Patriot Bank; they are apparently are to busy for new customers and their attitude and customer service need some seriously revamping.
